Dalian Yuanjing Foundry Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. Is a professional high-end hydraulic casting manufacturing plant. The predecessor of the company was founded in 1972, Dalian City, Yongning County Foundry. After years of accumulation, the company now has an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of hydraulic castings and 1.5 million machined products.

The company has a provincial-level enterprise technology center and is a national high-tech enterprise. It has won the title of: national specialized and special new "little giant" enterprise, industrial strong foundation project "one-stop" application plan demonstration enterprise, and is the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "Construction Machinery High-end Hydraulic Parts and Hydraulic System Industrialization Collaborative Work Platform" member unit.

The company has advanced mold design, processing, simulation and other development capabilities, can undertake all kinds of technical difficulties, complex structure of hydraulic products. It has successively introduced key production equipment with international advanced level, such as American Yingda intermediate frequency electric furnace, Japan's Xindong FCMX-II automatic molding line, Suzhou casting machine SZX128 horizontal static pressure automatic molding line, automatic casting machine, Italian core center, numerical control shot peening machine, full-function numerical control lathe, processing center, etc. The process equipment has reached the international advanced level. The company has a quality testing center, equipped with advanced testing equipment such as the American Syme Fly spectrometer, the American force carbon and sulfur meter, the Hexcon three-coordinate, the American law such as the joint arm three-coordinate, the Kaiwei servo hydraulic universal testing machine, etc., for product realization and quality assurance, provides a complete testing means.

The company produces products, all kinds of pilot valve, multi-way valve, integral multi-way valve, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and other construction machinery hydraulic castings. And Rexroth, oil research, Vickers and other series of industrial hydraulic castings. Applied to all kinds of engineering machinery and equipment, agricultural machinery and hydraulic system.
